Trivelles Gatwick hotel & airport parking

As the head of a UK-registered charity, I have stayed at this establishment on multiple occasions. The receptionist, Nasir, consistently provides exceptional service. His professionalism, positive character, and willingness to assist have been instrumental in my decision to continue staying here for an extended period.

The hotel was brilliant with great cleanliness and very quiet. The hotel staff were amazing and the staff were great they even upgraded my room free of charge. The only two downsides were trying to find the hotel on Google maps as the sign outside was very hard to see in the dark. The second issue I had was there was a stain on one of the towels that resembled ketchup however the stain wouldn't come out with water so it didn't effect the cleanliness of the room at all. Other than these two points it was a brilliant hotel that was budget friendly but also provided a great sleep and great service.

I love the Hotel it had a very comfortable experience. The room was clean and modern, with a great view of the river. Staff were extremely helpful, especially at the front desk. Breakfast had a good variety of options and was well-prepared each morning. The location is was good towards the airport close by. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for travelers or tourists who want to be close to everything. I recently traveled through Gatwick Airport and had a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. The signage throughout the airport was clear, making it easy to find my way between check-in, security, and the gates. Security lines moved quickly, and the staff were professional and courteous. The terminal was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating and charging points.

Nice and clean hotel. Helpful and friendly receptionist. Room was a good size and complimentary toiletries was laid out on bed. Bed was nice and comfortable with lots of pillows. Only negative was a stain on the carpet in front of the bed. Hotel is a little far from the airport. Good if your parking and staying at the hotel, but not great if you’re staying overnight for an early flight. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Great stay for one night before a Gatwick flight. Staff were welcoming , polite and helpful. They found us a cot for our baby when asked. The room was spacious with two double beds and a bathroom. The room and linen were clean.check in was quick , and check out straightforward. Would recommend for a quick stay before an early morning flight. Around 10 minutes to the airport. Would definitely use again.

Cheap & cheerful, pay Cheap get cheap. However saying that, plenty of parking. The room was clean & tidy BUT small minor details go along way. The building is lovely, not a lot of loving to the building or our room. Mastic not tidy, creaky floor boards our room & above. Smoking area right outside the main reception, surely this should be around the side. Shower water pressure not great, even making some hideous noise in the morning, no plug for the bath. Fridge in the room didn't work or wasn't plugged in. Cheap cheerful if you want a place to stay on the go

Perfect for an overnight stay before a gatwick flight. Very friendly introduction when checking in and a comfortable sleep. Absolutely not a 4* hotel but exactly what you need for a quick drop in and out. Good value for money!

Room was clean and ready with some amenities which was a nice touch. Staff were great! Especially the gentleman on the front desk, super helpful and friendly!! Would definitely stay here again and his customer service was on point :)
